Here are the step-by-step instructions to deactivate your Paytm Postpaid account:
1. Download the Paytm app: Install the Paytm application on your device from the Google Play Store.
2. Click on the profile icon: Tap on the profile icon in the top-left corner of the app.
3. Drop-down menu appears: A drop-down menu will appear after tapping the profile icon.
4. Tap on ‘Help and Support 24X7’: Select the ‘Help and Support 24X7 customer support’ option from the list.
5. New interface opens: A new interface with different options will load.
6. Click on ‘Contact 24X7’: Scroll down and tap on the ‘Contact 24X7’ option at the bottom of the screen.
7. Choose the contact method: You will see various customer care numbers and the ‘Message us’ option.
8. Call the provided number: Dial the number listed under the ‘Bank, Wallet, and Payments’ section.
9. A customer care executive will answer: A customer care representative will take your call.
10. Request deactivation: Inform the representative that you wish to deactivate your Paytm Postpaid account, and provide your reason.
11. Account deactivation: Your Paytm Postpaid account will be deactivated in some time.
